Working as a team, and how you impact how well our community will be able to bounce back from a disaster. How the Incident Command System (ICS) works in managing emergencies and how CERT is part of that system. Your team’s emotional health is as important as its physical health. This class will also discuss how to address emotions of disaster survivors.
